Return Policy
- Customer are permitted to make return on unworn, unwashed, un-stretched, and original tags must be attached to item. Items must be free of stains, makeup, and deodorant. Items must be sent back within 15 days from receipt of product. Shipping costs associated with returns are the cost of the customer. Prior to making a return please email customercare@bemeboutique.com for further information about where to send your return. When packaging your product for return please include your full name, phone number, email, and order number. Thank you, refund will be issued via paypal.
- Exchanges- We encourage customers to return the initial item and purchase the new product they desire.
- Refunds- Refunds will be issued via paypal.
- Store Credit- Store credits will be issued if returns items exceed the 30 return window, but only up to 45 days.
- Damaged or defect items must be reported within two business days of delivery. Please contact customercare@bemeboutique.com and provide a picture of the invoice and the damaged item.
- BeMe Boutique is not responsible or liable for any return packaged that may become lost or stolen in-transit, please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking information when shipping returns.
- Allow two week for receipt of returned items and process of all refunds and store credits.
